What Terms & Conditions apply?
- To be eligible for the ambassador program rewards, you must refer a partnership leader whose team is not using Kiflo or is currently in negotiations about becoming a customer.
- Rewards are not payable for self-referrals.
- We reserve the right to disqualify rewards earned through fraudulent, illegal, or abusive methods.
- We will only count referrals submitted through the form at https://kiflo.com/ambassadors.
- We reserve the right to change the terms of service for our ambassador program at any time.
- We reserve the right to cancel the ambassador program without prior notice in its entirety or for a specific referrer at any time for any reason.
- You may not use our ambassador program for illegal or unauthorized purposes. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
- All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the ambassador program will be resolved by Kiflo SAS, at its sole discretion.

If one of my referrals becomes a Kiflo customer, when and how do I get my $500 gift card?
If the referred customer subscribes to a monthly plan, the rewards will be sent out after the customer has paid their second invoice and Kiflo has received the funds.
If the referred customer subscribes to a yearly plan, the rewards will be sent out after the customer has paid their first invoice and Kiflo has received the funds
If one of my referrals attends a demo, when and how do I get my $50 gift card?
If the referral is qualified and your reward is approved, you will receive an email from us notifying you with more details.
What happens after my referral requests a demo?
Our sales team will qualify your referred contact, and if approved, they will be invited for a product demo. Once the demo has been completed, you will be rewarded with a $50 gift card.
What is a qualified demo?
For a referral to count, the person you’ve referred must be:
- In a position to make or heavily influence a decision on behalf of the organization.
- In a company already having a Partner Program.
- In a private sector company (not public sector).
- Available to attend the demo within 30 days of introduction.
- Not currently being a Kiflo customer or within the 14-day trial period.
