How it works

Connect Crisp to Kiflo in Minutes

Start by connecting your Crisp account to Kiflo using your Website ID. This allows you to embed the Crisp chat window inside the partner portal.

  • Go to the Integrations tab in Kiflo.
  • Select Crisp.chat and click "Add to Kiflo."
  • Paste your Website ID and click Save.

Chat with Partners Inside the Portal

Once the integration is live, your partners will see the Crisp icon in their portal. They can start a conversation with your team right from where they are, whether checking a lead or reviewing deal status.

  • Chats include the partner's name, email, and company automatically.
