How it works

Connect Freshchat to Kiflo in a Few Steps

To start, connect your Freshchat workspace to Kiflo by entering your unique Token and Host URL. Once set up, the Freshchat chat icon will appear in the partner interface.

  • Go to the Integrations tab in Kiflo.
  • Select Freshchat and click "Add to Kiflo."
  • Paste your Token and Host URL, then click Save.

Support Partners Right Inside the Portal

As soon as the integration is active, partners will see a Freshchat icon when they log in to Kiflo. They can start a conversation from any page, whether checking lead status, submitting a deal, or exploring resources.

  • Your support team receives real-time messages in Freshchat.
  • Each message includes the partner’s name, email address, and company name.
  • All messages are linked to the partner's profile for full context.
