How it works
Start by connecting your Intercom workspace to Kiflo. Once enabled, your partners will see the Intercom chat icon when they log in and are ready to start a conversation.
- Go to the Integrations tab in Kiflo.
- Select Intercom and click "Add to Kiflo."
- Enter your Intercom App ID and click Save.
Once installed, partners will see the Intercom chat icon across the Kiflo platform. They can message your team directly from where they are—whether they’re submitting a lead, checking a reward, or updating a deal.

- Messages appear in your Intercom inbox like any other conversation.
You can enable identity verification to ensure secure and authentic conversations. This ensures that only verified partners can use the Intercom chat inside Kiflo.
- Activate "Enforce Identity Verification" in Intercom.
- Paste your verification secret key into Kiflo’s Intercom settings.
- Conversations are now protected from impersonation attempts.
