The Partner Directory is a fully branded, publicly accessible web page that showcases your entire partner ecosystem. Think of it as a curated marketplace — a place where potential customers can browse your partners, filter by what matters to them (location, specialization, industry, and more), and reach out directly to the partner that fits their needs.
Each partner gets their own dedicated profile page, complete with a company description, partnership details, and a contact form. When a visitor submits that form, a lead is automatically created in Kiflo and shared with the relevant partner — so no opportunity slips through the cracks.

Build a directory that looks like yours
The Partner Directory is fully brandable. You control the colors, logo, header, call-to-action buttons, footer, and social links. You can even inject custom tracking scripts (such as Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager) into the page's head or body. The result is a directory that feels like a natural extension of your website — not a third-party tool.
Your directory is hosted on a custom subdomain: https://yourcompany.directory.kiflo.com.
Populate it your way
You have full control over which partners appear in your directory and when. You can invite partners individually by name, in bulk by program level (Gold, Silver, Bronze, etc.), or by group. Partners who are already in another directory are automatically excluded, keeping things clean.
Once invited, partners receive an email prompting them to complete their profile in their partner portal — so the burden of keeping information up to date is shared with your partners, not just your team.
Customize every profile page
Each partner profile is built from configurable sections. Out of the box, every profile includes a Company Description, a Partnership Description, and a Contact form. You can add as many Rich text sections as you like — ideal for showcasing certifications, service areas, industry specializations, or anything else that helps a visitor understand what that partner brings to the table.
You can also edit partner profiles directly on your end, ensuring the information is accurate and consistent with how you want your ecosystem presented.

Let visitors filter and search
Nobody wants to scroll through hundreds of partners. The directory includes a built-in filtering system that you configure based on your partner properties, such as region, language, product line, or partner type. Visitors use these filters to narrow down the list and find exactly the kind of partner they're looking for.
How Leads Flow From Directory to Pipeline
Here's what happens when a visitor contacts a partner through your directory:
- The visitor finds a partner profile they like and fills out the contact form.
- Kiflo automatically creates a new lead record associated with that partner.
- The lead appears in your Leads page, with the source clearly tagged as the originating directory.
- The partner is notified, and the lead is shared with them.

The Partner Directory is available as an add-on to your Kiflo subscription. Once enabled, you can create your first directory in minutes from Manage > Partner Directories.
