What is considered an active partner?

Kiflo pricing is based on how many active partners you have. An active partner is a partner that has at least one user that has access to the Partner Portal. So if they have multiple users, they are only counted as one active partner. Partners saved in Kiflo are not counted as active partners until you give them access to the Partner Portal.

How many users can each of my partners have?

Each of your partners can have an unlimited number of users. There’s no cap, so they’re free to have as many team members as they need!

Why does each plan have limits on partners and partner managers?

Our plans are designed to match how partner programs typically grow. Not just in number of partners, but in workflow sophistication.
