PRM Software Pricing in 2026: What You Will Pay

PRM software starts at $399 a month for 25 partners on Kiflo Core, billed annually, and at $1,500 a month on Magentrix Essentials. Most others publish no price for paid plans: Introw, Channeltivity, Impartner, Channelscaler and PartnerStack sell by demo or quote. Every price below carries the date we checked it.

Partner relationship management (PRM) software is the system a partnerships team uses to onboard partners, register deals and calculate commissions. Because vendors price by partner count, plan and add-ons, a quote for 25 partners tells you little about 100. This guide shows what each vendor publishes on its own pricing page, turns the published prices into a cost per partner per year, and lists what to ask before you sign. We checked the vendor pages on 16 and 19 October 2026. Kiflo's own plans are on the Kiflo pricing page. Published October 2026.

What PRM vendors publish about price

Two of the seven vendors checked publish a monthly dollar price for a paid plan, one offers a free plan for a single partner, and four publish no price. The table shows only what each vendor's own pricing page says, with the date we read it.

Directories and review sites often list older or estimated prices that no longer match the vendor's own page. The table uses vendor pages only. A blank in the price column means the vendor does not publish a number, not that the product is free or cheap.

How PRM software is priced

PRM vendors charge in three ways that show up on their own pricing pages: by partner count, by plan tier, and by quote. Many combine them. The vendor pages in the table above give one example of each, which makes the differences easy to compare.

  • By partner count. The plan is sized to the number of partners you run. Kiflo Core covers 25 partners and caps at 50. Introw's free Starter plan covers 1 partner. Partner count matters because every partner adds portal access, deal records and commissions to track.
  • By plan tier. Features unlock as you move up. Magentrix sells Essentials, Advanced and Unlimited. Kiflo moves from Core to Plus to Premier, and the features change with the plan: Plus adds unlimited partner managers, self-invoicing, automatic payouts and channel conflict detection, and Premier adds enterprise SSO and a dedicated success manager.
  • By quote. The vendor sets a price after a demo. Channeltivity, Impartner and the upper plans at Kiflo and Magentrix work this way. A quote lets the vendor price your program, and it also means you cannot compare vendors until you have asked each one.

Billing is part of the model. Magentrix lists a 10% premium for monthly billing, and Kiflo bills annually only. Ask whether a quoted monthly figure assumes an annual contract.

What PRM software costs per partner per year

Divide the yearly price by your partner count to compare plans. At 25 partners, Kiflo Core costs $191 per partner per year ($4,788 divided by 25) and Magentrix Essentials costs $720 ($18,000 divided by 25). The figure falls as the partner count grows, so a plan sized for 25 partners looks expensive at 10 partners and cheap at 50.

The table below applies that arithmetic to the two vendors that publish a monthly price. Yearly price is the published monthly price multiplied by 12.

Plan (published price)Yearly pricePer partner at 25Per partner at 50Per partner at 100
Kiflo Core ($399/month, annual)$4,788$191$96Over the 50-partner cap
Magentrix Essentials ($1,500/month, annual)$18,000$720$360$180
Magentrix Essentials, billed monthly (+10%)$19,800$792$396$198
Magentrix Advanced ($3,000/month, annual)$36,000$1,440$720$360

Three limits apply to this table. First, the cost per partner is a yardstick, not a ranking: the plans differ in features, partner limits and support. Second, the 50 and 100 columns assume the plan covers that many partners. Kiflo Core stops at 50, and the Magentrix partner limits per plan should be confirmed with the vendor. Third, the table leaves out Plus, Premier, Unlimited and every quote-only vendor, because those prices are not published. Ask for the yearly total at your partner count, then divide it yourself.

What drives the price, and the costs that hide behind it

Four things move the price most: partner count, plan tier, billing term and onboarding. Hidden costs sit in the same places, so ask about each one in writing before you sign: what the plan limits, whether onboarding costs extra, whether monthly billing carries a premium, and what the price is at renewal.

Use this list when you talk to any vendor, including Kiflo:

  1. Partner limit. How many partners does the plan include, and what happens at partner 51? Kiflo Core caps at 50 partners and 3 partner managers, so a growing program moves to Plus.
  2. Partner manager seats. Plans can limit the number of internal users. Ask who counts as a seat.
  3. Onboarding and setup. Ask whether onboarding is included, optional or absent, and get the price in the quote. At Kiflo it depends on the plan: none on Core, optional at extra cost on Plus (quoted up front), included on Premier.
  4. Billing term. Ask for the annual and the monthly price side by side. Magentrix lists a 10% premium for monthly billing, and Kiflo bills annually only, once a year.
  5. Add-ons. Ask which features are separate line items. At Kiflo the partner directory builder is an add-on on every plan.
  6. Payouts. Ask whether the tool calculates commissions, prepares payouts or sends them. Kiflo calculates commissions on every plan and prepares payouts, and your finance team pays them. Core payouts are triggered manually. Plus adds self-invoicing and automatic payouts.
  7. CRM sync. Ask whether HubSpot and Salesforce sync is included and who maintains it. Kiflo Core includes both.
  8. Renewal. Ask for the renewal price and the notice period in writing.

One cost never appears on a pricing page: your own team's time. A tool your partners do not use costs the full subscription and returns nothing, so ask each vendor for the time it takes to launch a first partner and to run a first payout cycle.

Salesforce PRM, PartnerStack and free PRM: what to expect

Salesforce PRM costs depend on your Salesforce edition and admin time, PartnerStack publishes no prices, and free PRM plans cover very small programs. For all three, the published price is a starting point. The number that matters is the yearly total at your partner count, quoted in writing.

Salesforce PRM. Salesforce's partner portal runs on its CRM platform, so the total cost is the Salesforce licences you already hold, the portal licences on top, and the admin time to build and maintain the portal. Teams that run a portal on Salesforce should price all three, not the portal licence alone.

PartnerStack. PartnerStack lists no prices on its pricing page as of 16 October 2026, so a budget starts with a sales call. Ask which fees apply to partner payouts and to partner transactions, and get them in the quote.

Free PRM. Free plans exist for the smallest programs. Introw's Starter plan covers 1 partner, which suits a first pilot and not a program. The free PRM post explains where free stops and what a paid plan adds.

Kiflo pricing plan by plan, and how to choose

Kiflo has three plans. Core costs $399 a month for 25 partners and is billed annually. Plus and Premier are priced by quote, for programs from 25 partners to unlimited. Choose Core to launch with up to 50 partners, Plus when you need channel conflict detection and automatic payouts, and Premier for enterprise SSO and a dedicated success manager.

Kiflo includes the PRM foundation, but the larger value is connecting your partner ecosystem to the deals sales is working. Partner context sits on the account and the deal in HubSpot and Salesforce, so partnerships and sales work from the same record. All three plans are annual contracts, paid once a year. Current plans and limits are on the Kiflo pricing page. See also our partner management product page, the 2026 PRM comparison and the guide to PRM software features.

How to choose. Pick Core if you run up to 50 partners and can trigger payouts yourself. Pick Plus if two partners can bring the same deal and you need conflict detection, or if you want payouts to run automatically. Pick Premier if your security team requires enterprise SSO or you want a named success manager from day one. A program that has outgrown 50 partners starts at Plus.

Trusted by 450+ partnership teams. Kiflo is rated 4.8/5 on G2 for ease of use and support. Mathieu Arles-Dufour, Head of Partnerships at Sellsy, says: "In the first year, we doubled indirect sales revenue."

Frequently Asked Questions

Got a question? Get your answer

How much does PRM software cost?

There is no single price. Published entry prices run from a free plan for 1 partner (Introw Starter) to $399 a month for 25 partners (Kiflo Core, billed annually) and $1,500 a month (Magentrix Essentials, annual). Most vendors quote by partner count and plan, so ask for the yearly total at your partner count.

Is there free PRM software?

Yes, for very small programs. Introw's Starter plan is free for 1 partner, which suits a pilot. Beyond that, plan limits usually push you to a paid plan, so check the partner limit before you build a program on a free tier.

What are the hidden costs of PRM software?

Ask about onboarding fees, partner and user limits, monthly billing premiums, add-on modules and the renewal price. At Kiflo, onboarding is none on Core, optional at extra cost on Plus and included on Premier. Magentrix lists a 10% premium for monthly billing. Your own team's time is the last cost.

How does PRM pricing change as I add partners?

Most plans are sized to a partner count, so the price steps up at each limit. Kiflo Core covers 25 partners and caps at 50 partners and 3 partner managers, so a larger program moves to Plus, priced by quote. Within a plan, cost per partner falls as the count grows: Kiflo Core is $191 per partner per year at 25 partners and $96 at 50.

How much does Salesforce PRM cost?

Salesforce PRM runs on the Salesforce platform, so the cost depends on your edition, the number of partner users and the admin time to maintain the portal. Salesforce sets its own prices, so use its pricing page for current licence figures and price the admin time separately.
